A National MS Society affiliated support group for people living with MS, their families, friends and caregivers. Besides sharing the realities of living with MS, we share good times, laughter and information in a positive, upbeat environment. Everyone comes full of ideas to take home and perhaps try out. Join a monthly meeting for education, information and good company!
If the college campus is closed due to inclement weather, the meeting will be canceled until the next month.

Under age 40 welcome, including parents with MS, students and newly diagnosed. Meeting times and locations may change! Please call or email the group prior to attending, to confirm the meeting date and location. (PLEASE NOTE: some groups do not meet every month of the year, or at the holidays.)
For people with MS and their families who value staying active
MS Connection Groups or self-help groups bring people together who share common life experiences for support, education and mutual aid. Benefits of participating in a connection group include:
- Learning new information and strategies for confronting problems.
- Finding support from others.
- The opportunity to help others.
- Feeling empowered and more self-confident in coping with challenges.
The Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter of the National MS Society MS Connection Groups focus on support, advocacy, education, and are social in nature. Some groups also serve specific populations, such as young adults, parents with MS, carepartners, or African-Americans.
Members of an MS Connection Groups share a belief that positive personal change happens through individual efforts with the support of others.
