Attending an MS support group makes it much easier to connect with others facing similar challenges related to MS, make new friends and build personal networks of support, and find information about MS-related resources available in your local community.

Courage, Hope, and Faith MS Support Group
Our aim and goal is to provide information and help with resources for those who have MS and their caregivers. As a group we support each other, to lift each other emotionally, physically and spiritually. Our motto is “I have MS but MS doesn’t have me.”

Montour County, Danville: MS Connection Group
MS Connection Groups or self-help groups bring people together who share common life experiences for support, education and mutual aid. Benefits of participating in a connection group include:
- Learning new information and strategies for confronting problems.
- Finding support from others.
- The opportunity to help others.
- Feeling empowered and more self-confident in coping with challenges.
The Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter of the National MS Society MS Connection Groups focus on support, advocacy, education, and are social in nature. Some groups also serve specific populations, such as young adults, parents with MS, carepartners, or African-Americans.
Members of an MS Connection Groups share a belief that positive personal change happens through individual efforts with the support of others.
Living with Relapsing-Remitting MS
Self help groups unite people who share common life experiences for support, education, and assistance. Self-help group participants share a belief that positive personal change happens through individual efforts with the support of others.
