Tacoma Self-Help Group (Evening)

Groups for both people living with MS and for Caregivers/Family members
2nd Wednesday of each month, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

• Living with MS
  
  People with MS, partners and caregivers helping each other. Come find support, share and learn through interactive discussions, videos and speakers. New members are welcome!
• MS Family Support
  Tacoma Multiple Sclerosis Family Support Group is a group of those family and friends of a person that lives with MS. We meet on the same day and time as the Tacoma Evening MS support group and then come together afterwards. These two meetings are 2 hours long, with the first hour meeting separately and the second hour together. This allows both groups time for their own needs and then to meet as one group. What we offer is support for those of us that have a friend or loved one fighting MS. It is just as important that we have support as our loved ones do.
