Tumwater Self-Help Group

We are a support group for anyone dealing with MS, whether you are the one with MS or you are a friend, family member, or caregiver. This is a group where you can laugh or cry, ask questions or just listen. Occasionally, we have guest speakers to discuss MS related issues. We welcome everyone from the newly diagnosed to those who have had MS for many years.
