Bethesda/Silver Spring Self-Help & Caregiver Group

This self-help group is for people with MS, family and friends. Family caregivers meet in a separate room for their own meeting. The group is open to anyone, but convenient for residents of Montgomery County. Please contact the self-help group leader prior to attending a group meeting to verify that the meeting time, date, and location are accurate. Groups occasionally change their meeting schedules. Meeting locations are fully accessible.
